Everyone involved with the Mark W. Foreman Foundation for the Performing Arts is a volunteer who is both involved or familiar with the Greater Lynchburg community theaters and is also in full support of continuing the legacy of Mark Foreman. Grants are determined by a committee of members not formally affiliated with any local community theater.
